What are the techniques for using high-temperature thermal oil furnaces?


The heat transfer oil is put into use. At the beginning of operation, the circulating oil pump should be started to run normally for half an hour before igniting and heating up. During initial use, the temperature should be slowly increased by about 20 degree per hour. When the temperature rises to around 130 degree , it should be kept warm for a period of time. When the temperature rises to 180 degree ~200 degree , it should be kept warm for another period of time before it can be put into normal use.

When using a high-temperature heat transfer oil furnace, it should be carefully checked to strictly prevent water, acid, alkali, and low boiling substances from leaking into the operating system. A filtering device should be installed to prevent mechanical debris from entering the system and ensure the purity of the oil. High temperature heat transfer oil is suitable for coal-fired, gas, and oil-fired heating furnaces as carriers. When using heating equipment such as electric heating reactors, it should have expansion tanks, oil storage tanks, other safety components, and temperature control instruments to ensure safe operation. When replacing the heating system with a new heat transfer oil, a cleaning agent must be used to clean the pipeline and eliminate impurities on the inner wall to avoid affecting the heat transfer efficiency and service life of the heat transfer oil.
